Refund and Returns Policy

At Unfoldin, every piece is made uniquely for you. Because our products are fully customized and created based on your personal design choices, we generally do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. Here’s how we make sure your order is just right:

Order Confirmation

Before production starts, we will send you a confirmation email with your design details. Please review it carefully and reply to confirm. Production will only begin after your approval.

Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible as production will already be in progress.

Non-Returnable Items

Since each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or general dissatisfaction with design preferences.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will remake or refund your order at no additional cost.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by shipping carriers. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery problems.
